We are so pleased to be returning to the beautiful St John the Baptist Church, Beeston for a performance in aid of the Sea Scouts.

2nd Beeston Sea Scouts are raising funds to improve facilities at their activity base Barton Island, and land base at Lilac Grove. Tickets are £10 plus booking fee, with £1 off for Scouts, so bring your necker or email chris.coats@2ndbeeston.org.uk for a discount code.

We are honoured to be performing at THE BOAT & HORSES 137 Trent Rd, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1LP supporting Forces in the Community – a local charitable organisation dedicated to helping the ex-military community. The choir will perform a very special concert in memory of past Chairman and Top Tenor RICK MORRISH in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Charity. St Paul’s Church, Mansfield Rd, Daybrook, Nottingham NG5 6BH.

Nottingham’s premier male singers, Carlton Male Voice Choir, present The Rhythms of Spring.  An uplifting concert celebrating the return of spring, sun and warmth.  Live music at its best performed in a wonderful venue.  This concert is dedicated to the fond memory of our former Choir Chair, Rick Morrish.  Rick passed away in 2024 and this is our way of honouring his memory and celebrating his life and contribution over many years to Carlton Male Voice Choir.  There will be an opportunity at this concert to make a voluntary donation to support the incredible work done by Marie Curie.

Nottingham ‘Men Allowed’ Concert

We are so pleased to be invited to return to support Nottingham Men Allowed 2025 to perform after helping them raise in excess of £16,000 last year. Other guests in 2025 will be the brilliant rhythm and blues band KAL’S KATS

A group of men ‘NOTTINGHAM MEN ALLOWED 2025‘ will perform for the very first time live at a concert to be held at Nottinghams major prestigious concert venue.

The concert is sponsored by Carlton Male Voice Choir and is in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.

“MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU”

Carlton Male Voice Choir hit the stage of the cool events venue – The Garage 63, High Road, Chilwell NJ9 4AJ on the evening of STAR WARS DAY!

The venue was the former home of Nottingham’s famous Barton’s Busses and its rugged industrial feel remains providing one of the most wonderful venues for a progressive choir to perform a concert at.

We are so pleased to announce that the members of NOTTINGHAM MEN ALLOWED ’25 will also perform as our guests at this concert after their appearance earlier in the month at Nottingham’s Albert Hall where they raised in excess of £26,000, together we will be raising even more essential funds for PROSTATE CANCER UK.

Exciting news! The choir has been invited back to grace the stage not once, but twice at Nottingham’s premier car event, the ‘Nottingham Motor Show.’ Held at the iconic Wollaton Hall and Park, NG8 2AE, this show boasts a massive turnout and an impressive display of cars spanning the ages.

On the previous two last years, our choir had the pleasure of performing alongside three classic minis – check out the video here from 2023 for a glimpse of the excitement! Rest assured, we’re cooking up another special plan for this year’s festivities.

Sunday 15th June 2025 – 12.30pm-1:15pm

The Carlton Male Voice Choir are proud to be performing on Fathers Day for the Nottingham Universities Hospitals NHS Trust outside the main Queens Medical Centre Restaurant on Floor D of the West Block as part of a choir festival. This is the first Choir Festival to be held at NUH across both Nottingham Hospitals over the full week Monday 9th-Sunday 15th June. If you are around then do pay us a visit and support this wonderful cause.
Sunday 20th July 2025 – 2.00pm-4:00pm 

Performance

The choir will perform informally at one of our favourite Mansfield pubs: The Ling Forest Inn, Eakring Rd, Mansfield NG18 3ED where we will perform a pop oriented set in aid of Prostate Cancer. After our performance at Nottingham Men Allowed in April this event will give the choir a further opportunity to raise money for this charity via a bucket collection. Come and hear the choir perform in a pub setting, producing quality music for you to just sit back with a good pint and relax to.

We once again join our friends from Kidderminster Male Voice Choir and others by kind invitation for exceptionally special performances along the stations of the Severn Valley Heritage Railway (SVR) culminating in a massed male choir joint performance at the main station concourse is aid of the SVR DY10 1QR

10:15 The ‘Freedom of The Line‘ performances ending at 18:57.
19:00 The Station at Kidderminster will then be closed and the concourse will be turned into a concert venue.
19:30 Massed Choir Concert ending 21:30
21:30 to 24:00 Afterglow for choir members and supporters in The King and Castle Pub and Valley Suite SVR.

Singing will take place at Kidderminster and Bridgnorth Stations and at ‘The Engine Shed’ exhibition at Highley. The day will include performances from Carlton Male Voice Choir, Kidderminster Male Voice Choir, Birmingham Male Voice ChoirBlackpool Male Voice Choir, Castleford Male Voice Choir, The Gentlemen Songsters, and Hadley & District Orpheus Male Choir. We are honoured to present and be joined in Nottingham by the fabulous Welsh Male Voice Choir from Merthyr Tydfil called Dowlais Male Voice Choir for a concert called “AUTUMN HARMONIES”. The concert will take place at St Paul’s Church, Mansfield Rd, Daybrook, Nottingham NG5 6BH.

The choir will be travelling to the LAKE DISTRICT taking on concerts and events in the area.

VOICES IN THE PRIORY: We will be performing on FRIDAY 3RD OCTOBER at 7:00pm in the gorgeous acoustic of Cartmel Priory. Come and join Nottingham’s prestigious male voice choir for an evening like no other. You will feel emerged by the soothing tones amongst the magnificent brick work of the Cartmel Priory, The Square, Cartmel, Grange-over-Sands LA11 6QB. The concert costs only £12:50 plus a 75p booking fee and are available HERE.

The choir will again be performing at the Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival. This time we perform on the Thursday afternoon.

The legacy of Nottingham’s official Robin Hood will be honoured at this year’s Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival, which returns from Wednesday 8 to Saturday 11 October.

2025 marks the fifth year the event has been staged at the historic home of Nottinghamshire CCC, with the venue’s concourses set to play host once again to over 600 beers and 100 ciders & perries from the country and county’s most celebrated brewers including Blue Monkey, Lincoln Green, Castle Rock, Batemans, Lenton Lane and Shipstone’s.

“Harmony at the Hall” – Held at the iconic Wollaton Hall and Park, NG8 2AE in the fabulous Great Hall. This September indulge your senses once more with a programme that spans classical, contemporary and traditional choral masterpieces, all resonating in the acoustically rich architecture of the Great Hall at Wollaton. It you like your classical choral music then this is the concert for you. Hear us highlight two full sets of quality choral music composed by Dan Forrest, Elaine Hageneburg, Beethoven, Purcell, Bizet, Eric Whitacre, Sarah Quartel and Joseph M. Martin. Carlton Male Voice Choir are thrilled to be able to finally share the stage with the premier ensemble: Ratby Senior Band for ‘Voices & Brass for a winter’s afternoon‘ at The Cotgrave Club, Wood View, Cotgrave, NG12 3PJ.

Ratby Senior Band are part of the Ratby Cooperative Band organisation consisting of five various levels of band, with the senior band being the national competition level top of the tree.

As autumn gives way to winter, this concert brings together two of the area’s most vibrant ensembles for an afternoon that blends the rich resonance of choral harmony with the sparkle and swing of big band brilliance.

The programme promises a journey from the stirring and majestic to the toe-tapping and joyful, classic choral anthems and heartfelt ballads meeting the energy of jazz standards and big band favourites. Expect moments of deep reflection alongside bursts of uplifting rhythm, all wrapped in a welcoming, festive-season glow.

There’s a sense of celebration in the air, of music shared, traditions honoured, and audiences brought together by the sheer joy of live sound. Carlton Male Voice Choir are back on the Nottingham Castle Bandstand in the castle grounds for the 2025 Christmas Market. We will be performing a mix of Christmas Carols and fun music from 2-3pm – don’t miss it!
